ANNUAL SURVEY - 2014

Thank you for your continued support of the Site Index research base and for taking the time to complete our FIFTH annual survey. We are thankful for your input into this important endeavor for the industry.

This survey acts as a follow up for our first annual survey that was launched in 2010, and the follow up surveys created in 2011, 2012, and 2013. You will see a lot of the same questions and some new ones. You will also note that we removed some questions. Your responses to these questions will serve as an important indicator in what is happening in the motivational event industry. Based upon your knowledge and background you may not be able to answer all questions. If that is the case, please feel free to leave those questions blank and move to the next question.

As in the past, we will be randomly drawing three participants who will receive a $100 American Express gift card.
